Welcome to Profile Pilates.  I am a fully qualified Body Control Pilates teacher running classes in Milton Keynes and surrounding area.  Pilates can benefit anyone of any age and fitness level from professional athletes to postnatal mums.

Prevent pain.  Learn how to use your body better.

Pilates helps you learn good movement patterns, begin to correct faulty ones and help to prevent pain caused by poor posture and muscle imbalance.  The exercises create better flexibility of the spine, mobilise stiff joints and train your brain to use your new body efficiently - leaving you with more energy to enjoy life!

Do you want to improve your posture?

Pilates strengthens deep postural muscles so that over time, holding yourself in good posture should feel effortless.  By learning to move in good alignment you are giving your body space to work efficiently.  In our busy lives, we spend time sitting at desks, driving and surfing the internet.  Pilates exercises really help to counterbalance these activities and uncurl the body, lengthening the spine, leaving you walking tall!

Tone and strengthen.

The excellent side effect of regular Pilates practise is a flatter stomach, and better muscle tone and a longer leaner look.

Matwork Classes

Our classes focus on matwork exercises with slow and controlled movements.  All equipment is provided, you just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.  We limit the numbers in the class to a maximum of 12 so that your teacher can keep an eye on your alignment and technique during the exercises.
